I'm Hugo.
Over the past 10 years, I've led product launches, ad campaigns, and automation for healthcare and fintech companies. I founded and run PVMED Policlínica, and co-founded Livecard, a fintech that no longer exists but grew to serve over 1 million users, and whose technology is now part of PVMED's operations.
I was also one of the people behind bringing SMSangue to Brazil, unprecedented technology in the country to encourage blood donation. I later created Hemorio+, a disruptive and groundbreaking app for its time, with push notifications and an AI-powered FAQ to retain blood donors in Rio de Janeiro.
I've run Google Ads and Meta Ads with real budgets, not in theory, and I've seen firsthand what separates a campaign that converts from one that just burns money. Saffier exists to put that knowledge within reach of anyone running a business without a technical team or agency budget.

Yes, and it might actually work better for you than for someone who already has everything running. We build from scratch, with no old structure to undo first.
Is the Google Ads diagnostic really free?
Yes. The diagnostic and campaign architecture are free. You only pay if you decide to hire the setup afterward.
Do I need a website already to advertise on Google?
Not for the diagnostic. But to actually run the campaign, you'll need somewhere to send that traffic, which could be exactly the website we build together.
Is there any hidden cost in the free website mockup?
No. You only pay if you decide to move forward after seeing the finished mockup. No deposit, no commitment before that.
